The System Responsible to Changing Needs of Employers

  The reorganization is taking most if not all of the leadership meeting time while it won’t believe the organization chart will remain untouched for the years to come. It does want to make it solid so it can tackle the opportunities as everybody are all facing. Listening, learning, and looking at peer institutions for guidance. Also bringing lessons learned through my many years working in and with infrastructure teams that every organization has gone.
